NERF Damansara is an organization created by enthusiastic NERFers to host Nerf games in the Damansara/Petaling Jaya area to encourage NERFers of all ages to participate and have fun! What separates us from other NERF organizations is that we are bringing NERF to the next level.
Operating on our tagline - Code R.E.D which stands for Responsibility, Enthusiasm & Discipline, we believe that every NERFer has the responsibility to look after themselves and their equipments (personal items, NERF blasters). This will encourage all NERFers to build positive character and encourage them to speak out! We want NERFers to enjoy themselves but are familiar with their blasters at the same time. It is only logical that a NERFer knows and is familiar with what he is wielding in his hand.
NERF blasters are indeed just toy blasters made of plastic. Here at NERF Damansara, we agree with you but our #1 emphasis is on Safety. NERF Damansara have committee members that are experienced in most fields in the NERF context - Blaster modification, maintenance, servicing, paintjob. Despite having modification services to enhance the performance of blasters, we still highlight the safety of using these modified blaster. Besides that, we also have warm-up sessions, and briefings for fresh NERFers before the start of every game to ensure that NERFers are ready for the intense gameplay ahead of them and reduce the risk of physical injury and damage.
Here at NERF Damansara, we want you to have fun, but most importantly STAY SAFE!
